Torrevilla has a production of more than 2.5 million bottles per year. A volume that needs care and constant control in order to continuously guarantee a high-quality product with full traceability.
The internal laboratory permits the checking of every single phase of the production, starting from the analysis of the grape when it is still in the vineyard, during the fermentation process to the bottling.
Each step is made with the help of modern technologies and techniques in order to preserve the unique and unmistakeable organoleptic and flavour characteristics, ensuring constant quality in order to produce a wine to be marketed in accordance with health and hygiene rules.
Furthermore, each single bottle can be traced, according to the criteria that allow us to individuate the grapes, winegrower and winemaker who is authorised to produce the wine.
