Winemaking

The grapes undergo gentle pressing, followed by immediate filtration and cooling of the must to 0°C in stainless-steel tanks to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.

Aging

The secondary fermentation takes place in autoclave until the desired alcohol level and natural sweetness are achieved.

Appearance and Taste

Pale straw yellow with golden reflections. The bouquet reveals fruity notes of pear and white peach. On the palate, it is inviting and creamy, with a delightful, refreshing sweetness.
