Winemaking

The grapes undergo cryomaceration to extract primary aromas, then are gently pressed.

Aging

The must is immediately separated from the skins and ferments in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks.

Appearance and Taste

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Floral bouquet of wormwood and broom. On the palate, it is immediate, with a fresh and fruity finish.

Food Pairings

Excellent with baked fish, cheeses, and white meats. Also perfect with pumpkin risotto.
