Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes are gently pressed after destemming. The must is transferred to stainless-steel tanks for a brief cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature.
Aging
After fermentation, the wine rests for at least 6 months in stainless-steel tanks and third-use barriques.
Appearance and Taste
Ruby red with garnet reflections. On the nose, notes of small red fruits, violets, and a subtle peppery and balsamic touch. On the palate, it is enveloping and fresh, with a gentle and persistent finish.

Perfect with rabbit ragù pasta, white and poultry meats, earthy risottos, and savory pies.
