Winemaking

Long maceration in contact with the skins for 7/10 days.
The must is racked off and stored in thermo-regulated stainless-steel tanks in order to complete the fermentation. When the fermentation is complete, the wine is centrifuged and then stored at low temperature in order to preserve its primary aromas

Imbottigliamento

Dopo il necessario periodo di affinamento in vasche termo condizionate, il vino viene messo direttamente in bottiglia.

Appearance

Still Ruby Red colour wine with garnet glints.

Alcohol

12,5% Vol.

Tasting Notes

Intense fruity and winey aroma. A full body wine with a round taste with a good acidity and flavours of red berry fruit like wild strawberries, redcurrants and raspberries.

Pairings

To be served with dishes of modern complexity like ravioli stuffed with meat, stewed beef, game meat. Ideal with seasoned cheeses.
